Islam Rahimov Wins Gold at U-23 European Championships

Azerbaijani judoka Islam Rahimov (66 kg) has become the winner of the U-23 European Championship held in Chisinau, the capital of Moldova. Sport24.az reports that our representative won the gold medal by defeating Dutchman Jochem van Harten in the final.

 

It should be noted that other representatives Murad Muradli and Huseyn Allahyarov (60 kg) finished the day without medals.
