An awareness seminar was organized for members of the Azerbaijan national team of young boys regarding the new rules introduced by the International Judo Federation.

The seminar was held under the leadership of Natig Bagirov, Chairman of the ACF Referees Committee, and Matin Rahimli, the organization's referee manager, an A-category international referee.
During the event, the innovations in the rules were presented to the athletes through practical examples, and the criteria for the formation of referee decisions based on various episodes were widely discussed. The main purpose of the seminar is to ensure that the new requirements are more accurately assimilated by the athletes, to prevent misunderstandings that may arise during the competition, and to increase the effectiveness of tactical training.
