Idman.biz reports that this was stated by the new head coach of the Azerbaijani national futsal team, Yevgeni Kuksevich.
The 53-year-old Russian specialist commented on his appointment. He said in a statement to the federation's press service that a lot of work needs to be done to form the team: "We need to organize things in such a way that the futsal players who form the core of the national team also play for Araz-Nakhchivan and are constantly under our supervision. Their development is very important. Not only training, but also participation in international games is necessary. Although the national team does not have any official games ahead, we will look for opportunities to fill this gap."
It should be noted that today the AFFA Executive Committee approved Kuksevich's appointment to the national team. A 1-year contract has been signed with him.
