The Azerbaijan Minifootball Federation held the draw ceremony for the 2025/2026 season.
Idman.biz reports that the event was attended by the Executive Vice-President of the Federation, Taleh Nasibov, members of the national team, and representatives of the clubs.
The event recalled the World Championship held in Baku this year, where the Azerbaijani national team won. In his speech, Taleh Nasibov emphasized the development of minifootball in the country and wished the clubs success in the new season.
In the new season, 16 teams will compete in the national championship.
We present the list of teams that will face each other in the first round of the championship:
- "Sumgayit" - "Bukhara"
- "Baku 145" - "DIN Sports Society"
- "Lankaran" - "Ateshgah Surakhani"
- "Start Baku" - "Aznur"
- "Siyazan" - "Genclerbirliyi"
- "Borchali" - "Lerik"
- "Janub" - "Galaxy"
- "Birbasha Baku" - "Zira"
It should be noted that the Azerbaijan Championship will start on October 27.
