President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev congratulated the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the confident victory of the Azerbaijani national team at the football world championship held in Baku.
According to "Report", he conveyed his congratulations during a bilateral meeting with the President of Azerbaijan.
"Ilham Heydar oglu, I also want to congratulate you: the Azerbaijani national mini-football team is the world champion. We saw and were really happy that there is only one step left to big football," the Uzbek leader noted.
Let us remind you that the Azerbaijani national team has previously won the mini-football world championship. Elshad Guliyev's players defeated the Hungarian national team in the final.
