The minifootball tournament among veterans dedicated to the 103rd anniversary of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev's birth has concluded.
Idman.Biz reports that the "Qarabağ" team won the tournament, defeating "Milli" 4:3 in a penalty shootout in the final held at the Baku Tennis Academy.
The winners were awarded by the Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov, Vice-President of the National Olympic Committee, Chairman of the "Azerbaijan Sports Veterans" Public Union Zemfira Meftakhetdinova, President of the Regional Football Federation Iskander Javadov, Chairman of the Azerbaijan Football Veterans Union Oktay Abdullayev, and other officials.
