The futsal tournament dedicated to the 103rd anniversary of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev's birth, jointly organized by AFFA and the Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) within the framework of UEFA's "Hat-Trick" program, has concluded in Baku.

It was reported that the decisive matches of the competition took place on the futsal field of the university's sports hall.
In the match for third place, the team of the Faculty of Transport and Logistics defeated the team of the Faculty of Information Technology and Technology (ITT) with a score of 2:0 and became the bronze medalist of the tournament.
In the final match, the team of the Faculty of Economics faced the team of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Metallurgy. The team of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Metallurgy won the tournament, defeating their opponent with a score of 2:0 in extra time.
At the end, the winning team was awarded a cup by AFFA, and the first three teams were awarded appropriate medals. In addition, the players who distinguished themselves in the tournament were awarded special prizes in various nominations.
The award ceremony was attended by veteran football player Vali Gasimov, Head of the Communication Department of Azerbaijan Technical University Safa Bagirov, and other officials. They congratulated the winning and prize-winning teams and presented cups and awards. AFFA and AzTU are planning to implement joint projects in this direction in the future.
