Elvin Guliyev, coach of the Baku Fire club competing in the Azerbaijan Futsal Premier League, commented on his successful completion of the course organized by UEFA in Finland.
The expert made a statement about this to "Report".
E.Guliyev, who holds a UEFA B license, emphasized that he attended classes for 1 year:
"We had previously sent a request to UEFA regarding participation in futsal coaching courses. After a long time, I received an invitation to attend classes. The invitation letter came to AFFA, and after the association approved the decision, I participated in 3 stages of courses in Finland. For the first time, the courses were held via computer and in English. Thankfully, I properly coped with the tasks given during the 1 year. I was the first to study this course from Azerbaijan and these are very pleasant feelings. Because such a course has never been held in our country. The issue was also met with interest by AFFA. In the near future, B category futsal coaching courses will also be organized in Azerbaijan. The seminar was a great experience for me. I believe that thanks to the category I have obtained, I will be more useful to Azerbaijani futsal."
It should be noted that "Baku Fire", coached by Elvin Guliyev, finished the 2024/2025 season of the Azerbaijan Premier League with a silver medal.
