The "Victory is Together" mini-football tournament was organized in Aktau by the representation of the People's Assembly of Kazakhstan in the Mangistau region.
According to Idman.Biz, the team of the "Dostluq" Ethnocultural Union of Azerbaijanis living here also participated in the tournament held among ethnocultural associations.
This was reported to AZERTAC by the Consulate General of Azerbaijan in Aktau.
Our compatriots' team defeated the "Russian Community" team in the final and became the winner of the tournament.
On this occasion, Consul Aykhan Suleymanli met with the chairman of the "Dostluq" Ethnocultural Union, the team's players, coach and activists of our diaspora.
At the meeting, the Consul General congratulated the team on winning the tournament and wished them success and new victories in future competitions.
The creation of the team, the problems they faced, the necessary guarantees were discussed, and opinions were exchanged about future goals.
Finally, A.Suleymanli presented letters of gratitude and gifts on behalf of the Consulate General to those who received the titles of "Best Attacker", "Best Player" in individual nominations in the tournament, as well as to all members of the team.
