B Category futsal coaching courses will be organized in Azerbaijan.
This was stated to "Report" by Aslan Karimov, head of the education department of AFFA.
The expert stated that they have appealed to UEFA regarding the project:
"We are planning to hold B category futsal coaching courses in Azerbaijan. We have applied to UEFA in this regard and received a positive response. However, a specialist will be invited from abroad to organize the coaching courses. We have to do this to ensure that the structure is fully compliant. Local specialists will also participate in the seminar. The federation management has already given a positive opinion on the matter. The course is planned for 2026. However, I cannot give a specific date. It is possible that classes will start in January-February. We think that a specialist should come from post-Soviet countries. Because our futsal coaches prefer education in Russian. In this regard, we want to produce quality work."
