The organizers of the Miami Grand Prix have officially announced a change in the start time of the Formula 1 race. This decision was made after a meeting between the FIA, FOM, and the stage promoters.
Idman.Biz reports that the reason for this is unfavorable weather conditions, with heavy rain expected in Miami in the afternoon. The race start has been moved to 1:00 PM local time, which is 9:00 PM Baku time.
It was stated that this step is aimed at minimizing the impact of weather conditions, as well as ensuring the safety of pilots, teams, staff, and fans. The change also applies to the Formula 2 race, which will also start earlier than planned.
