The "Aston Martin" Formula 1 team has denied rumors about team leader Briton Adrian Newey being ill.
According to Idman.Biz, the "Daily Mail" previously reported that Newey had suffered an illness that required him to be hospitalized. It was noted that the British specialist is currently working from home.
"Aston Martin" said in a statement, "We do not comment on the personal affairs of any of our team members. Adrian is working and was in the office last week."
Earlier, former Haas team principal Günther Steiner criticized Newey's work at Aston Martin.
