\"Imishli\" PFK player Zehra Ismayilova has received a call‑up to the Azerbaijan U‑17 women’s national team.
Idman.Biz reports that the young footballer participated in the national team’s training camp held in Baku and has been included in the squad for upcoming international friendly matches.
Recall that the Azerbaijan U‑17 squad trained at \"Dalğa Arena\" from August 24 to 27. The team will play a friendly match against the local U‑17 side of Kyrgyzstan in Bishkek on September 2 at \"Dostuk Arena\". In the match held on August 30, our girls lost 3:0.
This is not Ismayilova’s first call‑up at national level. She has previously been invited to camps of various age‑group national teams. In February she took part in the U‑17 national team’s gathering in Georgia, and in May she was part of the squad for the UEFA Development Tournament held in Baku with the U‑16 team.
