Former Barcelona coach Xavi is being considered as a candidate for the position of head coach of Chelsea.

Xavi spent most of his career at Barcelona, where he served as head coach from 2021 to 2024. Under his leadership, the team won the Spanish League title in the 2022/2023 season and the Spanish Super Cup in 2023.
Chelsea is currently ninth in the English Premier League table with 48 points. The team has suffered six consecutive defeats in their last domestic league matches.
