Another scandal has occurred at the "Sumgayit" Football Academy. According to Sport24.az, the incident happened during the U-14 team's match against Sabah FK.
The "Chemists" were defeated by a large score in the match.
During that match, the director of the Academy, Hakan Sünal, argued with the head coach of the U-14 team, Elshad Eyvazov.
Sünal addressed the specialist saying, "I will fire you." Eyvazov replied, "Why are you acting?"
According to the source, the argument did not end with just words, the tension between the parties lasted for some time, and this did not escape the attention of the team members. The events show that issues of discipline and management within the Academy have become a serious problem.
This means that arbitrariness is rampant in the Academy. No one takes Hakan Sünal's words seriously, and the Turkish specialist is left in the middle.
