Domenico Tedesco, who parted ways with Fenerbahçe, has made a statement. Sport24.az reports that the specialist, speaking to the German press, said the following about his departure:
"We were talking about a new contract in the middle of the season. But things went wrong. After the second defeat of the season, our paths diverged. This is football. We were thinking of a big project, but it didn't work out. I'm disappointed that things have come to this."
Fenerbahçe is in second place in the Super League with 67 points and is 7 points behind the leader Galatasaray.
