An educational excursion to "Azerikimya" Production Association (PA), the main sponsor of the club, was organized for the U-14, U-15 boys and U-16 girls teams of the "Sumgayit" Football Academy. Sport24.az reports that within the framework of the visit, Elnur Mammadli, the general director of "Azerikimya" PA, met with young football players and gave them recommendations regarding their future careers and personal development.
After the meeting, the participants got acquainted with the administrative building of the enterprise, and then went to the Ethylene-Polyethylene plant. Here, young football players were given detailed information about production processes and the operating principle of modern equipment.
The main purpose of the event is to broaden the horizons of young people, introduce them to the real working environment, and support them in their future professional choices.
Finally, gratitude was expressed to the vice-president of "Sumgayit" FK Aydin Khalilov, the academy manager Zarifa Bayramova and the senior specialist in production of "Azerikimya" PA Rahim Akbarov for organizing the excursion.
