Southampton's appeal against their exclusion from the Championship play-off final by the English Football League (EFL) has been rejected.
İdman.Biz reports that Hull City and Middlesbrough will face each other in the Premier League play-off final at Wembley Stadium on May 23.
It was previously reported that a Southampton analyst was caught filming Middlesbrough's tactics and training before the teams' first play-off match. Southampton then defeated Middlesbrough 2-1 on aggregate to advance to the final. The team was subsequently excluded from the tournament.
