"Oviedo"'s situation worsened even further in the 83rd minute. David Carmu was sent off after receiving two yellow cards. Chidera Echuke put the final point in the match in the 89th minute – 4:0.
After this victory, "Sevilla" rose to 8th place in the Spanish championship standings with 20 points. "Oviedo" is in 19th place with 10 points.
