The reasons for the departure of former Chelsea football club head coach Enzo Maresca have become known.
Idman.Biz reports that, according to information published by BBC Sport, the Italian specialist's departure from the London club was due to three main reasons.
Maresca did not agree with the management regarding transfer plans. He was concerned that he did not have enough say in the team's squad building. Earlier, The Guardian also wrote that Maresca wanted more influence on transfers within the club structure, while the Chelsea management was not going to change the existing management model.
The second point that dissatisfied the Italian specialist was related to salary. The information noted that he had disagreements with the club management regarding salary issues. The third reason was the influence of the medical department on decisions regarding the participation of football players in games. Maresca considered this an interference in his work.
