Spanish football club "Real Madrid" has begun identifying new candidates to replace their main goalkeeper, Thibaut Courtois. The Madrid representative intends to entrust the goalkeeping line to young and promising players in its future plans.
Idman.Biz reports that four goalkeepers are in the "Royal Club's" sphere of interest. Among the candidates are Mike Maignan (Italian football club "Milan"), Bart Verbruggen (English football club "Brighton"), Diogo Costa (Portuguese football club "Porto") and Gregor Kobel (German football club "Borussia Dortmund").
Currently, Thibaut Courtois's current contract with the Madrid representative is valid until the summer of 2027. The club management has started initial research on potential heirs without waiting for the contract to expire.
