World-famous former football player Ricardo Quaresma evaluated the current situation of "Beşiktaş", of which he is a legend. Quaresma, stating that he is saddened by the situation of the black and white team, said: "The strongest team in the Super League right now is "Galatasaray".
According to Lent.az, referring to foreign media, Quaresma expressed his sadness about the situation of "Beşiktaş" and said: "To be honest, I am sad that "Beşiktaş" is far from the goal of competing for the championship. Neither the squad structure nor the football played gives me pleasure. I think they should be more careful in the selection of both players and coaches."
The Portuguese star, expressing his dissatisfaction with the situation, added: "As a fan, of course, I am sad. It is not easy to see my club going through such a period. But this is football and I hope that next season we will see a "Beşiktaş" that can compete shoulder to shoulder with "Galatasaray"."
Quaresma stated that "Galatasaray" is the strongest team in Turkey and said: "I can't say that "Fenerbahçe" is better than "Beşiktaş" either, because it is not. But right now I see a very strong "Galatasaray" in the league. "Galatasaray" is currently the strongest team in the Super League. In terms of squad and coach, as a fan, I am not happy at all."
