"Qarabag" has completed its third transfer for the new season. According to Sport24.az, citing the club's press service, negotiations with the Portuguese club "Mafra" have been successful, and midfielder Chris Kouakou has joined the team.
A 2+2 year contract has been signed between the club and the 25-year-old footballer from Ivory Coast. The midfielder will play for "Qarabag" with the number 6.
Chris, who started his professional career in 2018 at the Tunisian club "Sfaxien," moved to the Danish representative "Midtjylland" 4 years later. He has been wearing the "Mafra" jersey since 2023.
It should be noted that the Aghdam representative has previously transferred two more football players - Brazilians Dani Bolt and Pedro Bicallo.
