"Santos" players Neymar and the 18-year-old son of veteran footballer Robinho had an argument during training. Sport24.az reports with reference to Globo that the incident occurred during training for players who were not included in the squad for the match against Palmeiras.
34-year-old Neymar was dissatisfied with the 18-year-old footballer's dribbling, considering it disrespectful to himself, and asked the young footballer to "play more calmly." After these words, an argument arose, resulting in a fight.
According to reports, Neymar punched the young player in the face. Later, during the game, Neymar tripped Robinho and knocked him down.
Robinho's representatives complained to the Santos management. Neither the club nor the player's agent have officially commented on the events. Neymar's entourage said that "they knew nothing about it."
It is reported that Neymar spoke with the young footballer after training and apologized for his emotional reaction.
