"Manchester City" has transferred the winger Allan Elias from Brazil's "Palmeiras" club.
Idman.Biz, citing BBC SPORT, reports that the English side initially paid 32 million pounds (approximately 74 million manats) for the 22‑year‑old player. Including bonuses, the total transfer fee could reach 34.2 million pounds (approximately 79 million manats).
Allan Elias has signed a five‑year contract with "Manchester City". He will replace his teammate Savio, who moved to "Tottenham" for 75 million pounds (approximately 173 million manats).
Allan, who plays on the right wing, is a product of "Palmeiras". He made his mark in the Brazilian championship with the club’s senior team, appearing in 96 matches across all competitions, scoring 9 goals and providing 12 assists.
It should be noted that "Manchester City" has spent over 230 million pounds (approximately 529 million manats) in the current summer transfer window.
