"Liverpool" has started negotiations with "RB Leipzig" regarding the transfer of winger Yann Diomande.
According to Idman.Biz citing The Athletic, the Merseysiders' chances of signing the player are higher than PSG's.
According to the source, "Leipzig" has repeatedly stated that the 19-year-old footballer is not for sale and that an offer exceeding 130 million euros would be required to change the club's stance. Given that "Liverpool" spent 522 million euros last summer and needs to strengthen other positions, the English club might hesitate to transfer the player.
Diomande has a contract with "RB Leipzig" until 2030, and there is no release clause in the agreement. PSG also shows strong interest in the player but has not yet made as much progress as "Liverpool". Another contender is "Manchester City".
