Argentina national team head coach Lionel Skaloni announced that the team's captain will be Kristian Romero.

İdman.Biz reports that Madrid \"Atletiko\" defender will wear the captain's armband for Argentina in the upcoming friendly matches.

The silver medalists of the 2026 World Cup will face Bolivia on September 30, Burkina Faso on October 3, and Benin on October 6.
