The Bilbao side reduced the deficit to a minimum with Aleks Berenque's goal in the 67th minute. However, in the 73rd minute, Emeric Laporte received a direct red card, making the visitors' situation more difficult.
The final touch of the match came in the 90+8 minute when Kari Eyonq scored, sealing Levante's 3-1 victory.
