Manchester City head coach Josep Guardiola has become the record holder for the most League Cup wins in England.
According to Lent.az, he is the first coach in history to win the cup five times. Guardiola surpassed Brian Clough, Alex Ferguson and Jose Mourinho, each with four League Cups.
Guardiola previously won the English League Cup in the 2017/2018, 2018/2019, 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 seasons.
Recall that Manchester City defeated London's Arsenal 2-0 in the final held at Wembley Stadium.
