A remarkable decision has been made regarding Viktor Osimhen, the forward of the Turkish football team "Galatasaray".
Idman.Biz reports that the management of the Istanbul representative has decided not to sell the Nigerian forward, despite the interest of French PSG, English "Arsenal" and Spanish "Barcelona" football clubs.
According to reports in the French press, PSG offered "Galatasaray" 75 million euros (150 million AZN) for Osimhen. It was previously claimed that "Arsenal" and "Barcelona" were also interested in the star striker.
However, the "Galatasaray" management did not back down. The club has no intention of selling Osimhen and sees the player as one of the key figures of the upcoming season. It was noted that the head coach of the Turkish club, Okan Buruk, is building his squad planning for the new season precisely on Osimhen.
The information also revealed the financial details of Osimhen's transfer. It was reported that "Galatasaray" completely closed the payments to the Italian football club "Napoli" in March for the football player they included in the squad for 75 million euros (150 million AZN).
The Nigerian striker's annual income is 21 million euros (42 million AZN). "Galatasaray" covers 15 million euros (30 million AZN) of this amount, and sponsors cover the six million euro (12 million AZN) part.
Viktor Osimhen has played in 32 games in all tournaments with "Galatasaray" this season. He scored 20 goals and made eight assists in these matches.
