The AFFA Disciplinary Committee has disqualified Amil Yunanov, the forward of "Mingachevir", who plays in the I League, for 4 games. Sport24.az reports that the decision was made at today's meeting of the institution.
Yunanov was penalized with a 4-match suspension for receiving a direct red card for insulting the fans after the match against "Shahdag Gusar" in the XXV round, and his team was fined 3,000 manats.
Another football player of "Mingachevir", Elnur Mirzayev, was penalized with a 2-match suspension for trying to exert verbal or non-verbal pressure on the opponent after the match, and the regional representative was fined 1,200 manats.
In addition, 4 players in "Shahdag Gusar" and 6 players in "Mingachevir" received yellow cards, so both teams will have to pay a fine of 210 manats separately.
In the same round, Ilkin Girtimov from "Zagatala" and Ruslan Voronsov from "Sabail" received direct red cards for unethical expressions and actions. As a result, both players were disqualified for 3 games, and their clubs were fined a total of 2,400 manats.
