A "Real Oviedo" fan has been sentenced to nine months in prison for racially insulting Marcus Rashford.

The fan hurled racist insults at the English footballer during a corner kick, which was caught on camera.
According to the source, the fan can avoid imprisonment by paying a fine of 2,000 euros, completing a mandatory anti-racism program, and being banned from football stadiums for three years.
Marcus Rashford has been playing for Barcelona on loan from Manchester United since the summer of 2025.
