Elmar Bakhshiyev, the head coach of "Araz-Nakhchivan," shared his thoughts at the press conference after the match against "Qarabag" in the 15th round of the Misli Premier League.

According to him, they worked on a specific plan during the week and tried to implement it on the field in the first 20–25 minutes of the game. Bakhshiyev emphasized that the first goal conceded had a psychological impact on the team and the episode was more a result of their own mistakes.
The head coach, evaluating the overall picture of the game, noted that the two penalties awarded against their goal and individual errors ultimately led to a high score. He stated that they have already put the "Qarabag" match behind them and will focus on the upcoming final game.
Elmar Bakhshiyev also commented on the information spread in the press about his future. He noted that such news also affects the players: "I did not come to this club on my own, I was invited. I am trying to do the job that is required of me. What is written about me affects both the players and us. The decision is not in my hands. If they continue, we will work; otherwise, we will accept the decision normally."
