PSG footballer Ousmane Dembele commented on the first leg of their Champions League semi-final against Bayern Munich. Sport24.az, citing UEFA, reports that the French striker, who scored a double in the match, said the following about the 5-4 victory:
"It was a great duel between two teams that believed in themselves and always played attacking football. It was a match worthy of the semi-final. We knew that Bayern were a high-level team. Although the goal difference is one, we are satisfied with the result.
We slowed down the tempo towards the end of the game. We understood well how Bayern play fast football. We have a return match ahead of us and we will go to Munich to reach the final."
The return match between the teams will be held on May 6.
