Chelsea's 18-year-old debutant, Jesse Derry, was injured in the English Premier League game against Nottingham Forest.
Idman.Biz reports that the game ended 3-1 in favor of Nottingham Forest.
The incident occurred in added time of the first half. Derry collided with an opponent and fell to the ground. The player needed an oxygen mask. Forward Liam Delap replaced the injured player in the 45+10th minute.
The game against Nottingham Forest was Chelsea's first game after the dismissal of head coach Liam Rosenior. The team is currently led by Englishman Callum McFarlane.
