Manchester United midfielder Casemiro has responded to criticism leveled at him by former footballer Jamie Carragher.
Idman.Biz reports that the Brazilian star noted that many of those currently appearing on television speak without thinking. He emphasized that he never likes to get into these kinds of arguments.
Casemiro stated that he understands Carragher's emotions and reminded his opponent of the past. The experienced player stated that he won two Champions League finals against the team Carragher used to play for, as part of the Spanish team Real Madrid.
According to the midfielder, if a club loses two finals to the same person, it will definitely leave unpleasant marks on that person.
Nevertheless, the midfielder said that he has no negative feelings towards the former footballer and respects him as a former player.
He considered it most important that Carragher later admitted his mistake and changed his mind.
