Milan head coach Massimiliano Allegri commented on the goalless draw (0:0) against Juventus in the next round of the Italian Serie A. According to Sport24.az, the experienced specialist spoke about the course of the match and the goals of his team.
The head coach, stating that the game was tense, emphasized that they are getting closer to the goal despite the loss of points:
"It was a balanced game and the result is fair. We have moved even closer to our goal. If we were talking about seven points for the Champions League before, now we only have six points left. Overall performance is more important throughout the season."
The head coach also touched upon the personnel problems in the team and the individual performance of the players:
"Leao made a good impression and stood out several times with his activity in attack. It is difficult to expect the same stability from him in every match. As for Pulisic, he is an emotional football player, perhaps he feels the pressure of not being able to score. Although playing without a nominal centre forward is risky, I am sure that Kristian will benefit the team in the next matches."
