More than 110 Human Resources and Finance managers from 53 national associations of UEFA participated in the 4th edition of the UEFA Grow program in Warsaw, the capital of Poland. Sport24.az reports that the conference discussed the management of financial relations with regional and local football associations, the improvement of financial data management, transformation changes in the HR field, ideas related to the new salary system, and other issues.
AFFA was represented at the event by Emil Najafov, Head of the Financial Management Department, and Gulshan Muradova, Head of the Human Resources Department.
