The president of the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA), Rovshan Najaf, met with the president of the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF), Sayed Mohsen Gilani.

It was reported that an extensive exchange of views on the prospects of cooperation between AFFA and PFF took place at the meeting. The parties emphasized the importance of strengthening ties between the football bodies of the two countries and expressed confidence that this partnership will bring significant benefits to the development of football in both Azerbaijan and Pakistan in the future.
During the discussions, the development of youth football, the exchange of experience at the national team level, the organization of joint training sessions, and opportunities for the preparation of refereeing personnel were examined. It was noted that reciprocal support programs will serve to increase both the mass participation and the quality of football in the two countries.
