The rating favorite of the "Quba Open" international chess festival has been announced. Sport24.az reports that Azerbaijani chess player Mohammad Muradli will lead the list in the tournament, which will start on July 16.
Evgeni Romanov (North Macedonia), Vladimir Bernadsky (Ukraine), Mikheil Kekelidze (Georgia), as well as Khagan Ahmad, who won the "Lankaran Open" last weekend, will also compete in the festival, where 42 chess players will participate.
The competition will consist of 9 rounds according to the Swiss system.
