World chess champion, Russian Vladimir Kramnik, responded to Bulgarian chess player Veselin Topalov's demand for a psychiatric examination.
Sport.Biz reports that Topalov stated Kramnik has mental problems.
"Kramnik should undergo an examination by the FIDE medical commission because he has obvious mental problems," Topalov said.
"Let's do it together, Veselin. It seems you need it more. Then we'll play chess and I'll defeat you as a weak opponent, okay? You're the real coward...", Kramnik replied to Topalov.
Recall that the Ethics Commission of the International Chess Federation (FIDE) disqualified Vladimir Kramnik for a year for violating the code of ethics. This decision was made due to Kramnik's unfounded accusations of unfair play against Czech David Navara and American Daniel Naroditsky, as well as his refusal to cooperate with the Fair Play Commission's investigation.
