Subhan Mammadov Wins Gold at World Championships in Dubai

Azerbaijani boxer Subhan Mammadov (48 kg) won a gold medal at the world championship held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

According to Idman.Biz, the athlete defeated Russian representative Edmond Khudayan in the decisive match.

It should be noted that the Azerbaijani national team was represented by 11 boxers at the tournament. Earlier, Alfonso Dominquez (92 kg) and Muhammad Abdullayev (+92 kg) finished the world championship with bronze medals.
