The number of countries and athletes participating in the "Great Silk Road" boxing tournament to be held in Baku has been announced.
The Azerbaijan Boxing Federation told "Report" in response to a request.
It is expected that up to 150 boxers from 10 countries will participate in the competition. Along with Azerbaijan, athletes from Australia, Algeria, Bulgaria, Georgia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Turkey and Uzbekistan will compete for medals.
It should be noted that the "Great Silk Road" tournament will be held from April 2 to 8 at the Baku Boxing Center.
