Khabib Nurmagomedov supported Islam Makhachev ahead of his title fight

Former UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov appealed to Islam Makhachev before his title fight with Jack Della Maddalena.

Idman.Biz reports that the Makhachev - Della Maddalena fight will take place tonight in New York.

"May Allah protect you, my little brother. In this sport, you are chasing history, only forward and only victory," Nurmagomedov wrote on social media.

The fight between Della Maddalena and Makhachev will be the main event of "UFC 322".
