Kenyan boxer Jacob Oyoko has died in hospital after failing to defend himself against numerous punches from Julius Okruochi on his professional debut.
İdman.Biz reports that this was reported by the Kenya Professional Boxing Commission (KPBC).
The fight took place on March 28 and was stopped by the referee in the second round. Okruochi was awarded victory by technical knockout. However, immediately after the fight, Oyoko complained of weakness and difficulty breathing, after which he lost consciousness and was hospitalized.

It should be noted that before agreeing to participate in the fight, the Kenyan boxer was training to work for a private security company.
