American fighter Dillon Danis has been banned from attending UFC events due to a mass brawl with members of Khabib Nurmagomedov's team at a UFC tournament in New York.
İdman.Biz reports that the fight broke out before the main game started. Abubakar Nurmagomedov and Magomed Zaynukov also participated in the incident. Security personnel intervened in time to stop the confrontation.
Dana White has taken responsibility for the incident. According to him, he expected Danis to argue with another athlete, but he did not take into account that Khabib and Makhachev's team held the top five spots.
The UFC has not filed formal charges against Danis, but he will not be allowed to attend organization events.
It should be noted that Danis worked in Conor McGregor's team for many years and was one of the main parties to the famous incident with Khabib after the UFC 229 fight.
