The local bureau of "Report" informs that Ramil Mahmudov, who competed in the 52 kg weight category, won the championship title by defeating Ilia Sanikidze in the decisive match.
It should be noted that Jasur Gahramanov, a representative of the city of Rustavi, who competed in the 46 kg weight category, also became the national champion by defeating his Armenian opponent Nodar Oganyan in the final match.
Thus, both athletes successfully performed at the Georgian championship among boxers under 15 years old and won gold medals.
This achievement of young boxers is considered another contribution to the success of Azerbaijani athletes living in Georgia.
