Azerbaijani kickboxer Aykhan Azizov has been disqualified for 24 months.

The reason for the punishment was the presence of a prohibited substance or its metabolites or markers in the athlete's sample, as well as the athlete's use or attempted use of a prohibited substance or prohibited method.
The sanction, which began on the 1st of last month, will end on September 30, 2027.
