Puerto Rican boxer Prichard Colon has died at the age of 33.

Colon suffered multiple blows to the back of his head during a fight against Terrel Williams in the US on October 17, 2015.
After Colon was knocked down twice in the ninth round, his coaching staff decided to stop the fight. He was later diagnosed with brain bleeding and spent seven months in a coma. This was his last boxing match.
After waking up from the coma, Colon was unable to fully recover from his brain injuries.
