Bashir Verdiyev defeated Turkish Yusuf Kulali (5:2) and British Danush Jovkar (14:4) and advanced to the semi-finals. In this stage, he wrestled against Russian Adlan Saytiyev (UWW). Bashir, who lost with a score of 5:15, will compete for bronze.
